Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Okay, so I have this awesome recipe from http://www.stephanieskitchen.com/, and I love it! Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies are like, THE BEST! I love 'em! Thanks to http://www.stephanieskitchen.com/ I have this great picture of the cookies! I love these cookies, and I hope you love 'em too!


Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
makes about 3 dozen
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups butter, at room temp
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 3.9 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups chocolate chips
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Using a mixer, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and blend well. Add the pudding mix, and mix until creamy and smooth. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula often. Slowly add the dry ingredients just until blended. Fold in the chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees (I usually do 5 degrees hotter) for about 8-10 minutes, or just until light and golden. Do not over bake.
